Our Customer, a global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services, was looking for a solution to reduce asset failures, reduce service costs and expedite customer onboarding process.
Techzenry partnered with Customer to identify the limitations of the current processes and technology. Techzenry created a blueprint to transform legacy processes harnessing the power of Cloud and data solutions.
- Techzenry enabled real-time sync of customer, asset and measurement data using Azure and Power Platform.
- Implemented IoT analytics to identify potential failures enabling preventive maintenance.
- Enabled field service reps to execute the work order using mobile app with online, offline and remote assist capability.
- Designed and implemented a single Customer Master Database in Microsoft Dataverse for all applications.
- Simplified the work order process, built unified interface using Power Pages to setup agreement covering services as per the scope of work.
As a result, Customer saw 65% reduction in operational failure incidents at customer sites due to preventive maintenance. Customer is now able to expedite work orders and is able to realize 28% reduction in cost with features such as remote assist.
