Enabling fast and personalized patient care using AI & modern Tech stack for a Healthcare provider

Our Customer is a mid-size provider of healthcare services, with multiple hospitals and clinics across United States. The company was facing challenges in managing patient data, optimizing clinical workflows, and providing personalized patient care. The company's legacy systems were not scalable to keep up with the growing volume of patient data, leading to inefficiencies in clinical operations and delays in patient care.


To address these challenges, Customer partnered with Techzenry and embarked on a digital transformation journey, leveraging AI/analytics and cloud as key strategies:

  • Migrated the first set of applications to Azure cloud enabling them to store, process, and analyze vast amounts of patient data securely and efficiently.
  • Implemented data lakes, enabling Customer to consolidate data from multiple sources and analyze it using AI and analytics solutions.
  • Implemented AI and analytics solutions to optimize clinical workflows, improve patient outcomes, and personalize patient care. Using predictive analytics and natural language processing (NLP) algorithms to analyze patient data, Customer was able to get better insights into patient preferences, behaviors, and outcomes.
  • Deployed AI-powered chatbots to handle routine patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, and prescription refill requests, freeing up clinicians' time and improving patient engagement. 


This transformation journey allowed the customer to streamline clinical workflows, reduce costs, and improve patient outcomes. Customer was able to save 23% in infrastructure & patient administration related cost. The solution helped customer provide personalized experience and Customer recorded a 15% improvement in the patient satisfaction ratings.
